 Claire Antonetti, 
                    founding member of Friends of the Oakland Fox, has a background 
                    that includes archaeological photography, library preservation, 
                    and paper and paintings conservation. Her work has taken her 
                    from the ancient city of Antipolis where she photographed 
                    Greek and Roman antiquities, on to Chicago for her pre-program 
                    work, to Eugene, Oregon where she developed a conservation 
                    laboratory for the University of Oregon Library, and finally 
                    to Oakland, where she has owned her own business, Claire Antonetti 
                    Paper Conservation, since 1988. Claire graduated from the 
                    University of Oregon, and has also studied at Columbia University 
                    in New York and Mills College in Oakland. In addition to serving 
                    on the FOOF Board of Directors, Claire belongs to the American 
                    Institute for the Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works, 
                    the Western Association of Art Conservators, and the Bay Area 
                    Art Conservation Guild.  Rob Byrne, 
                  has a background in software engineering and project management.   
                   Over the span of his 27 year career, Rob has held leadership and executive 
                   positions at IBM, PeopleSoft, and nCircle Network Security.  Rob was part 
                   of the team that developed the Space Shuttle onboard flight software.  He 
                   also contributed to early development of the DB2 database system, held multiple 
                   executive positions at PeopleSoft, and was most recently Vice President of Engineering 
                   with nCircle Network Security.  He received his BA degree in computer science 
                   from University of Texas at Austin, and has pursued post-graduate work in astrodynamics, 
                   ancient history, and film studies.  Rob is an accomplished ultramarathon distance runner 
                   and has completed over 200 marathons and ultramaratons.  Rob also serves on the 
                   board of directors for the San Francisco Silent Film Festival, and is co-director for the 
                   Ohlone Wilderness 50K, an annual ultramarathon held as a fund raiser for the 
                   Regional Parks Foundation.  Rob has resided in the Bay Area since 1988, 
                   and in Oakland since 2000.  Christina Dalto, 
                  has a background in nonprofit administration, communications, 
                  marketing, fundraising, event planning, and training.  She is currently employed 
                  with Convio, Inc. formerly, GetActive Software, a leading software provider 
                  specializing in online outreach tools for nonprofits.  Prior to Convio, Christina 
                  worked as Operational Manager for a business-to-business email marketing company.  
                  A transplant from New York state Christina earned a BA in Sociology from St. Bonaventure 
                  University and a BS in Communication Disorders from CA State Hayward.  She has been 
                  residing in Oakland for 11 years and considers Oakland "home".  Patricia 
                    Dedekian, founding member of the Friends of 
                    the Oakland Fox, works for FinanceStaff, located in downtown 
                    Oakland in the historic Rotunda Building, where she places 
                    accounting and finance professionals into companies throughout 
                    the Bay Area. Her background also includes real estate sales 
                    and marketing, mostly in the Oakland area. Patricia received 
                    a BA Degree in English from the University of California, 
                    Berkeley, where she has also taken several post-graduate courses 
                    in finance and marketing. In addition to serving on the FOOF 
                    Board of Directors, she currently serves on the Board of Directors
                    of the Bellevue Club Foundation.  Patricia also served on the Board 
                    of the Oakland Heritage Alliance from 1999-2005, an Oakland historic 
                    preservation organization.  Kathy Ferreira, has 
                  a background in nonprofit administration, social policy and education research, fundraising, 
                  public relations, marketing, and event planning.  She currently works for the Oakland Museum 
                  of California as Membership Manager, where she coordinates member recruitment, retention, and 
                  communications.  Previously, Kathy worked in marketing at a local software company that 
                  provided online tools specifically designed for nonprofits.  She also served as Administrative Director 
                  at the Oakland Heritage Alliance, which teamed up with the City of Oakland for the city's grand 
                  150th Celebration in 2002.  Originally from the Midwest, Kathy has lived in Oakland for almost 15 
                  years and received a B.A. in Sociology from Mills College.  Denis McGuirk, has a background 
                  in finance, accounting, business and management. Recently retired, Denis spent the past 12 
                  years with Charles Schwab and Co, located in San Francisco, as a VP of Finance. In his role, 
                  he was primarily responsible for finance, analysis, budgeting and reporting for several different 
                  business lines. Prior to Schwab, Denis spent 10 years with Citibank in finance, branch banking, 
                  and mortgage operations roles, 6 years with American Express, and 5 years in public accounting 
                  with Arthur Young and Co. He received his BS degree in accounting from Manhattan College, and is 
                  a CPA. Denis has resided in Oakland for 21 years. 
 Advisory Members Naomi Schiff,  
                    has lived in Oakland since 1974 and owns her own graphic design 
                    business, Seventeenth Street Studios, located in an historic 
                    building in downtown Oakland. She has been involved in documenting 
                    and preserving Oakland’s architectural treasures since 
                    she first arrived in Oakland, and was a founding member of 
                    the Adams Point Preservation Society. Naomi served for many 
                    years on the Chinatown-Central Community Development Board, 
                    and in addition to her current position on the FOOF Board 
                    of Directors, she is Vice President of the Board of the Oakland 
                    Heritage Alliance. Naomi is an active participant on the OHA 
                    Preservation Action Committee, and is an avid reader of official 
                    documents as well as a frequent attendee of city meetings.   – – –
